Week 9 In The Baby Countdown

Pregnancy problems::

*Yucky prenatal vitamins do not help the morning sickness. Not at all. My stomach wants to reject or pretend to try and reject them and any food I put in my stomach.

*I cry ALL THE TIME!! I don't know what the issue is. Commercials make me cry. Movies make me cry. TV shows make me cry. I seriously cried for an HOUR the other day because it was going to take weeks to get Twilight from Netflix. Can't wait to cry even more over other stupid things.

*I'm also a RAGING bitch. I try not to be, but it's so damn hard. Anything David says sets me off. He can ask me to pour him a glass of water, and it can turn into WWIII on my end. He laughs because he things it's funny, which in turn makes me cry. GAH!!

Otherwise, things are going well. Planning Claire's birthday party. The kids get pictures taken on April 13 (the day before her birthday) for her birthday. Ethan has no school that day. The invitations went out. I'm ordering her cake tomorrow and since she now has started to get her two top teeth, I'm going to get a small chocolate cake from Wal-Mart for her to get messy in. YAY!!

26 Is A Big Number

Yesterday was my 26th birthday, and not a bad one either. I worked for an hour and a half, then came home and spent the day with my family. Ethan and David made me a cake:
David went out and got Chinese food for dinner, which is my favorite and the growing baby bean let me enjoy without any feelings of nausea, which was rare. There was about 45 minutes in there though that I did cry for no reason. David mentioned pizza, and I just lost it. After awhile of crying over pizza, I started crying because I was emotional. After awhile of crying over that, I started crying because I thought I was having a girl and I was acting crazy. David laughed during the whole thing. He, of course, thinks I am insane, but pregnant.

I got some great presents too. David bought me a Flip video camera so I can send my family videos of the kids. My mom is excited because now she can see Claire's first steps even when she's not here, which is totally the point of the flip. I've already started using it, I'm just having trouble figuring out how to trim and save movies. I love the camera though. It's the best thing ever. He also bought me Twilight on Blu-Ray. I devoured the whole series, so I'm excited about the movies. Twilight wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be, but it was still good. I also pictured Edward differently in my head. That's fine though. I can deal with it.

In baby news, everything is going great. I have pretty bad nausea for most of the day, and am ALWAYS tired. Always. Claire has been sleeping through the night, and I never make it past 10:30PM anymore, but I wake up feeling like I haven't had enough sleep and want to nap everyday. I can usually catch a 20 minute catnap on the couch while David is playing video games and the kids are playing in the living room where he can see them. I have my first official appointment on April 21st and they will be doing an ultrasound to make sure I'm as far along as they think I am. We'll see what happens!

And then there were.....5!

So, there were four, but come November 2009, there will be 5. That's right..We're pregnant!

I went to the doctor on Thursday, March 5 to get everything confirmed. Baby number 3 is in the oven. We'll be going to Hudson Hospital in Hudson, WI again, but seeing a new doctor. I love my old doctor, but she has stopped delivering after office hours. So, I've been referred by my wonderful SIL to her doctor, who I hear is just fantastic. My first appointment with him is on April 21st. A week after Claire's first birthday, and 3 days after her first birthday party. Which, by the way, is going to be great. Which reminds me, I need to order her cake! Ahh...Oh, and get the invitations ready. Only a little over a month left to get this thing crackin'.

Everyone, aside from Claire because she can't speak, is excited about our new addition. Names are being disscussed. Ethan has expressed interest in Adam. I still am attatched to Emma and have recently come to love the name Liam for a boy. David is, of course, keeping his names secret until the sex confirming ultrasound, which he did with Claire. That means 14 weeks until he tells me any names he likes at all.

So, pregnancy related things going on now::
**Chicken is a no no. Can't smell it. Can't eat it. Makes my stomach feel gross just talking about it.
**I cried during a McDonald's commercial the other day, and the same commercial has choked me up everytime since. Big fat crocodile tears I'm talking.
**Prenatal vitamins and my stomach have had a meeting, and decided they are at war.
**Prenatal vitamins and any food I eat have also had several meetings, and decided that it's either gas build up or nausea that works best for them.
**I am unbelieveably tired. I can take a nap anytime, anywhere.

Oh..There's more to come, I'm sure. Can't wait....But the end result, my beautiful new baby, is going to make it that much easier. Bring it on pregnancy, I'm ready to meet my baby!
